A silky still red made from Stevnsbær sour cherry wine, ice-clarified tomato water, lacto-fermented beetroot, bayleaf and green peppercorn water kefir.
Ripe red fruit to the fore. With balanced acidity and a luxurious texture, the blend is given intricate savouriness from the salty beetroot and has a slightly spicy finish.
Perfect for lunch, dinner, or as an aperitif, The Four Horsemen is a mindful drinking option that offers the same complexity and satisfaction as fine wines. Enjoy it alone or pair it with duck, root vegetables, or ideally the delicious homemade sausage with mashed potatoes and prunes that is on the menu at the Four Horsemen restaurant in New York that inspired it's creation.
