The spark for Prima Pavé ignited during a personal milestone for Dejou & Marco Marano. While pregnant with their first child, Dejou, an aficionado of sparkling wine, searched for a non-alcoholic option that could match the elegance and complexity of traditional wines. To her surprise, there were few products that embodied the sophistication, food-friendliness, and celebratory nature she sought—so, she set out to create it.

Determined to fill this gap, Dejou and Marco collaborated with an innovative winemaker from Northern Italy, blending their passion with the expertise of a region steeped in centuries of wine tradition. Together, they crafted Prima Pavé, a collection of alcohol-free sparkling wines that balance tradition with modernity.
